Jamila Doggan is the co-founder of Unity Masters and serves as the heart and strategist behind the brand. With over a decade of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, and people operations, she blends practical expertise with deep emotional intelligence to help individuals and businesses grow from the inside out.
A 5-time pageant titleholder and gifted public speaker, Jamila brings confidence coaching, stage presence, and personal development into everything she teaches — from leadership training to life transitions.
Jamila’s specialty lies in creating systems that support human flourishing and organizational success, while helping others rediscover their voice and walk boldly in their calling. Her work is driven by a divine mission to break generational cycles, empower families, and build a legacy rooted in faith and freedom.
Tearence Doggan

Tearence Doggan is the co-founder and operational backbone of Unity Masters. With more than 10 years of experience in labor relations, recruitment, and workforce planning, he’s known for helping organizations stay legally sound, structurally strong, and people-focused.
He also brings deep expertise in AV systems, sound upgrades, and media infrastructure — making him a trusted partner for churches, content creators, and teams seeking tech growth.
An articulate public speaker and calm leader, Tearence combines technical skill with spiritual grounding to help clients build with clarity and confidence. His mission? To empower others to rise — with order, excellence, and integrity.
